When will my order arrive?
Orders are ususally printed and despatched within 2-5 days.
We will contact you with tracking details and estimated delivery dates.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
All of our products are shipped from the UK.
- Shipping within the UK is free.
- Shipping within the EU is £13.
- Shipping to Canada and the USA is £15
- Shipping to the rest of the world is £20
How will you ship my order?
For UK destinations we ship orders by 1st Class, tracked post.
For overseas orders we ship orders by Registered AirMail.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
No, unfortunately we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or BFPO addresses.
WIll my order be subject to VAT?
All prices shown include VAT at the standard UK rate. Outside of the EU, orders will not be subject to VAT, so the total price will reflect that. In all cases, you will see the VAT rate and amount to be charged when you checkout.
Orders shipped to EU countries (exc. Cyprus) will be shipped on a 'Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)' basis, meaning that in most cases, no local taxes or duties will be payable.
Will I need to pay local tax or duties on my order?
Orders shipped outside of the UK may be liable to local taxes or duties. Any charges of this nature are your responsibility.
